Refunds for Collecting Methods

The funds we collect and convert for you to your local currency, are one-way only.

Because of international transfer costs, fluctuating exchange rates and technical limitations, we are currently unable to refund transactions paid via iDEAL and Bancontact. Implementing this feature is on our future roadmap.
